The estimated delivery timeframe for most products ranges from 7 to 15 business days, depending on factors such as carrier availability, operational delays, customs procedures (for international shipments), weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer’s e-mail (sac@imperialessence.com) within 5 business days after the order has been processed. Customers can track their package from the moment it leaves the fulfillment facility until it reaches the delivery address.
Deliveries are handled by major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery (for example, if no one is available to receive the package or if the delivery area has specific restrictions), a notice may be left, and the package might be held at the nearest carrier facility for customer pickup.
Based on our internal logistics data, approximately 85% of orders are delivered within 15 days from the shipping date. However, this is an estimate and not a guarantee, as delivery time can vary depending on the customer’s location and the volume of shipments handled by carriers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Address changes are only accepted within 24 hours after the order is placed. After this period, address changes or cancellations cannot be processed.
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer absence, failure to pick up the package, or any other reason caused by customer error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. If the product is returned to our international warehouse, the delivery timeframe will restart from the date the reshipment is confirmed.
